This update arrives a little later than usual. In return, there are plenty of practical new features around files, integrations, and reporting. Here are the most important points at a glance.
File Attachments for Leads
Leads can now contain files. PDFs, images, or documents are stored securely and can be accessed in the detail view.
Advantage during assignment: attachments are automatically included by email to the buyer. Uploads are also possible directly via the API.
Pivasoft Complaints Directly from Leadnodes
For leads imported via Pivasoft, a complaint can now be triggered in the lead detail view. Select a reason, optionally add details, and submit. The report is sent directly to Pivasoft.
New Verisure Integration
Leads can be automatically handed off to Verisure on assignment.
Flexible field mapping, with a connection test in the settings.
Overview of Blocked Email Addresses
A new page with all unreachable addresses.
Status per address at a glance. Automatic alerts for new delivery problems.
Complaint Filter for Lead Export
Additional filters are available for export.
All leads. Only complained leads. Excluding complained leads.
This makes evaluation and analysis easier.
Tag ID Visible in the Overview
The lead tags overview now shows the associated tag ID.
Helpful for API integrations and quickly setting up automations.
Improved Email Sender Management
Automatic DNS check.
Faster verification of new senders. Clearer display of senders and status. More precise error messages.
Call Recordings from LeadDesk
For leads from LeadDesk, the call recordings are linked automatically.
No searching in LeadDesk. Better documentation of lead quality.
Protection Against Accidental Status Changes
Leads with an assigned buyer can no longer be unintentionally set to a different status.
This safeguards the sales process. A clear error message appears when a change isn't possible.
Lead Status in API Responses
API responses now include the current lead status.
External systems can process the status directly. Fewer additional queries. Better synchronization.
More context in the lead. More stable email delivery. Faster integrations. More precise exports and safer processes. January delivers many small improvements that noticeably simplify everyday work.
