With Leadnodes, you can build Zapier integrations. This lets you connect to more than 2,000 apps. Almost any CRM system can be linked, syncing your Leadnodes data with the connected application. But there are many more ways in which Zapier makes integrating apps easier.
What is Zapier?
Zapier is a cloud-based automation service that lets users automate complex workflows between different web apps. It allows users to define triggers in one application that set off an action in another. For example, a trigger for a new email in Gmail can set off an action in Leadnodes to create a new lead.
How to set up a lead import with Zapier
-
Sign in at Zapier.com and click "Create Zap".
-
Choose an app you want to connect to your Leadnodes system. You can search for the app by typing its name into the search bar.
In our example here, we'll connect a Facebook Lead Ads campaign to Leadnodes.
-
Select the event that is triggered when a new lead is generated and click "Continue".
-
Connect the app (Facebook) to Zapier and select an account.
-
In the next step, the Facebook trigger now lets you choose the Facebook page and the Lead Ads form through which the leads are generated. Click "Continue" to finish setting up the trigger with a test.
-
Once you've successfully set up the trigger, you can now configure the Leadnodes action. Search for "Leadnodes" in the search bar and select the app that appears.
-
Choose "Create Lead" as the event to create a new lead. Click "Continue" to move on to the next step.
-
Now you need to connect Leadnodes to Zapier. Click "Sign in" to open the "Connect Account" pop-up. In the pop-up, you'll be prompted to enter your Leadnodes API Key. Confirm your entry by clicking the "Yes, Continue" button.
-
The connected account should now appear in the "Leadnodes account" dropdown. Click "Continue" to move on to the next step.
-
In this step, you now map the data between the two connected apps. As soon as you click on an input field, Zapier gives you a list of the data you can map. You can also assign fixed values simply by typing the value into the field. Complete the mapping by clicking "Continue" and test your "Zap" in the final step.
Done! You're now ready to import leads into Leadnodes from more than 2,000 apps and tools using Zapier!
