Over the past month, Leadnodes has gained several new features once again, with a focus on greater flexibility in everyday use and better data capture. On top of that come new integrations and expanded options for refunds.
Dark mode across the entire platform
The interface can now be switched to a dark mode.
Dark mode can be enabled temporarily or set as the default for the entire system. It's especially handy for companies with a dark corporate identity, or simply for more comfortable day-to-day work.
Lead forms for flexible data capture
The new lead forms let you capture leads directly through individually created forms.
Typical use cases:
-
Trade fairs and events
-
Door-to-door sales
-
Direct data capture in the field
Forms are based on lead categories and adapt their fields dynamically. Incoming leads are automatically assigned to the respective user and tracked.
New integration: LeadByte
With the new LeadByte integration, leads can be transferred directly from Leadnodes to external systems.
The handover happens automatically via API and fits seamlessly into existing processes.
Expanded automatic refunds
The refund logic has been expanded and made more flexible.
What's new:
-
Automatic processing can now happen instantly as well
-
Individual settings per user
-
More control over how complaints are handled
More flexibility in data capture, new integrations, and individually configurable refunds. Combined with dark mode, the platform continues to improve both functionally and in everyday use.
