At the turn of the month, there are several new features on the Leadnodes platform. The latest changes affect, among other things, automations, the Around-Home integration, and lead editing.
Here is a brief overview of the new features:
1. New trigger: "After Refund Created" in automations
Automations can now respond to claims.
This means: as soon as a claim is created, you can define targeted conditions and automatically trigger the appropriate actions, such as duplicating or converting a lead.
2. Extended claim reasons in the Around-Home integration
Previously, the Around-Home interface only allowed a single general fallback claim reason.
What''s new: you can now store differentiated claim reasons, e.g. "invalid phone number," "no partner available," or "lead already exists."
This makes communication with Around-Home more precise and easier to track.
3. Improved lead editing through defined field types
In the custom fields of your lead categories, you can now create specific field types with predefined options.
When editing a lead, these options are then directly available for selection, which standardizes and simplifies data entry.
Without a defined type, classic text fields remain in place.
