New features have once again been added to the Leadnodes platform, particularly affecting user management and the claims process. Here is an overview of the most important new features:
1. User registration pages can be enabled
In the system settings, you can now enable your own registration pages for suppliers and buyers.
Once enabled, specific URLs become available through which new users can register on their own. The multi-step form then creates the users directly in the platform.
2. Anonymization of delivered leads for suppliers
In the account settings for suppliers, you can now enable the option that delivered leads are no longer viewable after the sale.
This option serves data protection and prevents suppliers from unintentionally copying contact data.
3. Configurable CSV import limit per user
The CSV import for leads can now be limited per user.
Platform operators define the maximum number of leads a user may import via CSV file. The restriction takes effect directly in the platform''s import module.
4. Automatic acceptance or rejection of claims
In the refund settings, there is a new function for automated claim processing.
Here, you can define a maximum processing time (e.g. 30 days). Once this period has elapsed, the claim is automatically accepted or rejected—depending on the preset.
5. Automatically replace claimed leads in orders
It is now optionally possible to automatically replace claimed leads with new ones.
This setting can be enabled for orders and ensures that an accepted claim immediately results in a new lead being assigned.
The June updates add useful control functions to the platform for user access, data import, and claim handling. This gives platform operators more control and flexibility in day-to-day operations.
