In May, too, there are once again functional enhancements on the platform that make existing processes more precise and flexible.
The following three points form the overview of the most important new features:
1. Lead scoring can be differentiated by lead category
Lead scoring can now optionally be restricted to individual lead categories.
Previously, duplicate leads (e.g. the same phone number) were detected across all categories and marked accordingly.
With the new setting, it is possible to consider duplicates only within a specific lead category—e.g. PV leads independently of heat pump leads. This adjustment is made in the lead score settings under System Settings.
2. Improved lead importer with more flexible data mapping
The lead importer has been reworked and now allows for more targeted adjustments during import:
-
Fields can be easily deselected or reordered.
-
Fields can be combined (e.g. street + house number).
-
Names that appear in a single column can be automatically split into first and last name.
This makes the import process more flexible and easier to adapt to different source data.
3. New webhook integration with extended possibilities
The previous webhook integration has been replaced by a new version.
With the new solution, you can:
-
define multiple webhooks per user
-
target leads specifically—either all of them or only those from certain categories
The old integration will be removed in the medium term and should be replaced accordingly.
