New Leadnodes features in October: Expanded qualification pipelines, an improved pipeline board, optimized call center workflows and new integrations with pflege.de and SOL Living.
Leadnodes has rolled out several new updates to lead management, qualification, and collaboration between systems, buyers, and call centers. One of the biggest improvements is the extensive expansion of pipelines. Leads can now be qualified before distribution, workflows can be managed more flexibly and collaboration with call centers has also been improved.
Additional updates include new options for handling complaints, a guided onboarding process, new integrations and several improvements to everyday lead management.
New Features
Qualification Pipelines for Leads
The new qualification pipelines allow leads to be reviewed before they are distributed to buyers. A lead is only forwarded once it has been marked as "Qualified" or manually released using the "Release Now" option in the lead list.
This helps ensure that leads meet specific quality requirements before being distributed.
Expanded Pipeline Features
Pipeline functionality has been significantly expanded:
- Each pipeline now has its own settings page.
- A lead category can be assigned to multiple pipelines at the same time.
- Entry rules determine when leads are transferred from other pipelines.
- Leads can be reassigned to different users.
- A shared reminder is available for leads that have not yet been assigned.
- Each pipeline has its own status menu directly in the lead details.
These improvements make it easier to manage different workflows and assign responsibilities more effectively.
Pipeline Board Improvements
The pipeline board has also been expanded and redesigned for a clearer overview.
Clicking on a lead card now opens the lead details in a side panel. The board remains open, allowing users to continue working without leaving the overview.
Additional improvements include:
- Up to five additional fields can be displayed on each card.
- A date range filter makes it easier to find specific leads.
- Leads with a future follow-up date can be hidden.
- Older leads can remain hidden from the board.
- The updated card layout displays the profile picture of the assigned user and the abbreviation of the lead category.
Flexible Pipeline Visibility
Admins can now hide pipelines in the admin area and restrict access for individual users.
The pipeline report can also be enabled or disabled independently. Buyers can additionally be anonymized within the report.
Call Center Dispute Management
Disputes related to complaints can now be forwarded directly to a call center. This also works for multiple disputes at once.
Dedicated permissions and separate email settings are available for this process. Once the call center has reviewed a case, its decision and comments are displayed both in the email and in the lead details.
Complaint and dispute emails can also be resent directly from the lead details.
Complaints Within User Structures
Users higher up in a structure can now submit complaints on behalf of their sub-users. This makes complaint management easier within larger user structures and provides greater flexibility when handling cases.
New "Link" Field Type
A new "Link" field type is now available for lead categories. This allows website addresses to be stored as dedicated fields. The displayed URLs can be clicked to open the corresponding website directly.
Default Settings for New Users
Systems can now define which lead categories should be disabled by default for newly created users. This makes it easier to manage access rights during the user setup process.
Multiple Countries for Orders
International systems can now allow buyers to select one or more countries when placing an order. The relevant country is automatically preselected.
Guided Onboarding with Contract and Identity Verification
New users now go through a guided onboarding process. During this process, they confirm their contract and verify their identity. This makes getting started more structured and simplifies user management.
Improvements to Outreach Campaigns
A separate preview text, also known as a preheader, can now be added to each email step in an outreach campaign. It can be enabled or disabled whenever needed.
Expanded User Profiles
Website and social media profiles can now be used as placeholders. User groups can also be created directly from the group overview.
New Integrations: pflege.de and SOL Living
Two new integrations are now available: pflege.de and SOL Living. Both support lead exports and status updates.
New Live Chat Support
Leadnodes now offers a new support chat. The chat icon can be hidden whenever needed.
Improvements
Redesigned Call Center Area
The call center area has been restructured and now includes a new dashboard. A dedicated tile provides an overview of open qualifications.
The lists for complaints and disputes have also been redesigned for better clarity. Users can now search by buyer ID as well. Individual sections, such as lead qualification, can also be disabled when they are not needed.
Complaint Lists in the System Admin
The complaint lists in the system admin area now follow the same layout as the call center section. Advanced filters can be expanded when needed, keeping the overview clear and organized.
Partner Complaints
The lead category associated with a complaint is now displayed in the partner complaints list. This makes it easier to identify which area is affected.
Improved Delivery Report
The delivery report now has a more compact layout and loads faster. Each order is displayed on a separate row. A daily status indicator and a status history for each lead provide a clearer overview of lead deliveries.
Improved Pipeline Reminders
Pipeline reminders have been further optimized:
- Weekends are now excluded from reminders.
- No reminders are sent for leads with an active complaint.
- Clicking the link in a reminder takes users directly to the relevant lead after logging in.
API: Dedicated Keys for Pipelines and Statuses
Pipelines and statuses now have their own keys in the API. These keys can be edited, allowing for more flexible connections to external systems.
Improved Lead Import
CSV files using semicolons as separators are now automatically recognized during import. If an import fails, it can be submitted again after the issue has been resolved.
Expanded Generic POST Interface
The Generic POST interface now supports additional features, including value mappings, yes/no values and a new placeholder for the lead creation date.
Reonic Integration
The Reonic integration has been improved. Lead details are now transferred in a formatted layout. Lead sources and tags can also be updated.
Restricted Access for Deactivated Accounts
Deactivated users and systems can no longer access the API, webhooks or public forms. The activation status is also displayed directly on the user page.
New Lead Category Placeholder
A new placeholder makes it possible to use the lead category ID in automated processes and other outputs.
Improved "New Lead" Email
The subject heading of the "New Lead" email is now automatically displayed in the language configured for the respective system.
Correct Salutations in Outreach
Salutations in outreach messages are now displayed correctly.
Faster Invoice Preview
The invoice preview has been optimized and now loads significantly faster, even when dealing with large numbers of invoices and line items.
New Leadnodes Logo in Platform Emails
Platform emails now use the new Leadnodes logo.
The October updates bring significant improvements to lead qualification and management. With the expanded pipeline features, workflows can be customized more effectively and responsibilities can be organized more clearly.
Collaboration with call centers, complaint management and integrations with external systems have also been improved. Together with the new onboarding process and reporting enhancements, these updates provide even more ways to manage the entire lead process efficiently.
