Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)
100% Remote · Full-time/Part-time. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager for our SaaS product Leadnodes – someone who inspires our customers and leads them to lasting success.
Your tasks
You take ownership of the customer relationship – from the first introduction to long-term retention – and ensure that our customers are sustainably successful with Leadnodes.
Apply nowOnboarding & introduction
You guide new customers through their start and ensure a smooth entry into Leadnodes.
Support & relationship building
You are the central point of contact and build long-term, trusting customer relationships.
Training & support
You run training sessions and help customers unlock the full potential of the platform.
Feedback, churn prevention & upselling
You gather feedback, identify risks early and spot opportunities for upselling.
What you bring

- Experience in customer success, account management or support
- Strong communication skills and a confident presence
- Empathy, a solution-oriented mindset and genuine interest in customer success
- Technical understanding of SaaS products and digital tools
- Structured, independent way of working
- Fluent in German & English, spoken and written
