The role

Your tasks

You take ownership of the customer relationship – from the first introduction to long-term retention – and ensure that our customers are sustainably successful with Leadnodes.

Onboarding & introduction

You guide new customers through their start and ensure a smooth entry into Leadnodes.

Support & relationship building

You are the central point of contact and build long-term, trusting customer relationships.

Training & support

You run training sessions and help customers unlock the full potential of the platform.

Feedback, churn prevention & upselling

You gather feedback, identify risks early and spot opportunities for upselling.

Your profile

What you bring

  • Experience in customer success, account management or support
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence
  • Empathy, a solution-oriented mindset and genuine interest in customer success
  • Technical understanding of SaaS products and digital tools
  • Structured, independent way of working
  • Fluent in German & English, spoken and written
