How Leadnodes validates leads
Validation in Leadnodes starts the moment a lead arrives via REST API, webhook, form, CSV import or a partner system. First, AI-assisted data normalisation unifies the incoming data to your field structure. Then the enabled checks run: duplicate detection on persons, phone numbers and IP addresses within the configured time window, phone verification for format and reachability, email verification for existence and deliverability, address validation, geo/IP origin check and matching against the blacklists. An optional automated credit check can be added.
Automatic lead scoring combines the results into a multi-stage quality assessment and assigns a status. Leads that pass every check go straight into order matching. Leads with anomalies land in the manual approval queue or are released automatically after a set time. Each method can be switched on individually, per lead type and per supplier, so a new source can be checked more strictly than a proven partner.
Checks, distribution and billing in one flow
Because validation is a stage of the same pipeline, every check result has immediate consequences. The automation engine responds to a failed quality check with actions such as a status change, tagging, a notification by email or SMS, or a webhook to your own system. Only approved leads are distributed, delivered and charged to the buyer. If a buyer still complains, the structured complaint workflow runs with reasons, deadlines and objection; when a complaint is accepted, Leadnodes corrects quota and billing automatically with a credit note.
Reporting shows complaint rate and performance per source and supplier, and every action on a lead or complaint is logged with timestamp and actor. That makes it visible which suppliers deliver clean data and where you should tighten rules, without anyone reconciling spreadsheets.
Connect verification services, operate internationally
Leadnodes is not an isolated tool for checking individual fields; it connects specialised verification services. Through the Byteplant integration, email addresses and phone numbers are checked at intake, and the result feeds straight into status, approval and automations. Phone verification is country-specific, phone and date formats follow the target market, and the interface is available in English and German. Hosting is in Germany, with a data processing agreement, GDPR-compliant consent tracking and the option to mask personal data in supplier views.
