How buyers set themselves up in your lead shop
A buyer finds your shop on your domain and registers in the buyer portal, which carries your logo and colours. After signing up, they choose the verticals they are interested in and define their regions: as a radius around their location, as postcodes or postcode ranges, or as a whole region. They then enter how many leads they want to take per day and in total, and in doing so create their own quota. To pay, they top up prepaid credit by credit card or SEPA direct debit, or you switch them to invoice purchase.
From that moment the shop runs on its own. When a lead arrives that matches the buyer's vertical, area and quota, Leadnodes assigns it and delivers it in real time via portal, email, webhook, API or CRM integration. The price is deducted from the credit or added to the next invoice. The buyer sees every transaction in their account statement, downloads invoices, pauses deliveries while on holiday and files a complaint in the portal if a lead does not fit. If the complaint is accepted, the system corrects quota and billing automatically.
What you control as the operator
You set prices per lead type and decide whether a lead is sold exclusively to one buyer or to several, with a controllable delay between sales. Marketplace mode sells leads flexibly across your buyer network, and order matching assigns every lead by priority and fairness. Before delivery, validation checks every lead for duplicates, phone number, email address, blacklists and origin, configurable per lead type and supplier. That way you only sell what will hold up.
Leadnodes creates invoices automatically as itemised PDFs including tax, sends payment reminders at configurable intervals and calculates supplier commissions in parallel. Dashboards show revenue, order performance and complaints per buyer, and notifications flag new buyers, low credit and reached quotas. If you also serve large buyers with manually maintained orders, the distribution side is covered under lead distribution software.
Internationally deployable, hosted in Germany
A lead shop can serve buyers in several countries: orders can be configured for one or more countries, tax rates, time zones and phone and date formats follow the target market, and the interface is available in English and German. Hosting is in Germany, with a data processing agreement, GDPR-compliant consent tracking and the option to mask personal data in supplier views. You remain the data controller, and your buyers remain your customers.
