Further frequently asked questions
What is the difference between buyer and supplier integrations?
The buyer is the user to whom the lead has been assigned. The supplier is the user who delivered the lead. Depending on the selection, the integrations of one or the other are run.
Which integrations are run?
All active integrations of the selected target are run (as an export of the lead). Inactive integrations are skipped.
Why was no integration run?
Common reasons: the lead has no buyer or supplier, or no active integration is configured for the selected target. In this case, a note is recorded in the lead's log.
Can I combine the action with other triggers?
Yes. You can combine the action with any trigger, for example with "After Lead Tag Attached" to run integrations automatically when a tag is attached.
How do I check whether the integrations were triggered?
The log of the respective lead records how many integrations were run for the selected target. This allows you to trace the execution at any time.
