How do supplier restrictions work?

For each order, you can define which suppliers leads should be accepted from. There are three options:

  • No restriction: Leads from all suppliers are accepted
  • Whitelist: Only leads from selected suppliers are accepted
  • Blacklist: Leads from selected suppliers are rejected

Detailed guide

  1. Navigate to System > Lead orders
  2. Click an existing order or create a new one
  3. Switch to the Suppliers tab
  4. Select the desired mode: No restriction, Whitelist or Blacklist
  5. For whitelist or blacklist: select a supplier from the dropdown menu and click Add
  6. Repeat this for all desired suppliers
  7. Save the order

Further frequently asked questions

Can I add several suppliers to the list?

Yes, you can add as many suppliers as you like to the whitelist or blacklist. Simply select further suppliers and click Add.

What happens if I switch from whitelist to blacklist?

The logic is reversed: with a whitelist, only leads from the listed suppliers are accepted; with a blacklist, leads from the listed suppliers are rejected. The supplier list is retained.

How can I tell which orders have supplier restrictions?

A coloured icon is displayed in the order overview: green for whitelist, red for blacklist. Hover over it with the mouse to see the restricted suppliers.

Can I change the restrictions later?

Yes, you can edit the restrictions at any time. Open the order, switch to the Suppliers tab and adjust the settings.

How can I remove a supplier from the list?

Click the X icon next to the supplier name to remove it from the list.
