Quick answer
Leads you purchase from check-direkt.de can be transferred to Leadnodes automatically. To do this, forward the lead emails from check-direkt to your personal import address. Leadnodes reads the emails automatically and creates a new record in your account for each lead.
Detailed guide
How to set up the automatic import:
- Request your import address: You receive your individual import address (format: your-address@checkdirekt.leadnodes.app) from your contact at Leadnodes.
- Set up forwarding: Store this address at check-direkt.de or in your email inbox as a forwarding rule, so that every purchased lead email is sent to this address.
- Automatic sync: Leadnodes checks the import inbox every five minutes and transfers new lead emails automatically.
- Lead type: The lead type is determined from the Versicherungsart (insurance type) field of the email (e.g. legal expenses insurance). For the assignment to work, the respective insurance type must be stored as a lead type in your account.
- Done: Successfully imported leads appear in your lead overview and go through the normal process (evaluation, assignment etc.).
What you should bear in mind
- Only use your correct, personal import address – this is the only way the lead is assigned to your account.
- The email must be in the standard check-direkt.de format. Manually modified or forwarded emails with a different structure may not be read completely.
- If the insurance type is not stored as a lead type in your account, the lead is not imported.
- The import runs every five minutes – a few minutes may therefore pass between receipt of the email and the lead appearing.
- Emails that cannot be processed are not imported and are removed from the import inbox.
Further frequently asked questions
How long does it take for a lead to appear?
Usually a few minutes. The sync runs every five minutes, so a lead is visible in your account shortly after this interval at the latest.
Why was a lead not imported?
The most common reasons are: the email was sent to the wrong address, the insurance type is not stored as a lead type in your account, or the email had a different format. Please check these points or get in touch with your contact at Leadnodes.
Which data is taken from the email?
Salutation, first and last name, street, postcode and city, date of birth, phone number and email address are imported. Additional details from the Bemerkung (remarks) field (e.g. product, provider, marital status) are saved as additional information on the lead.
Which phone number is used?
If available, the mobile number is preferred, as it has usually been verified by SMS. If no mobile number is available, the landline number is used.
Can I import leads for several insurance types?
Yes. The requirement is that a matching lead type is stored in your account for each insurance type. Otherwise, leads of that insurance type are not imported.
