Under Webhooks you can define the functions you need. This currently includes two service webhooks.
Refund Created Webhook URL
When the system creates a complaint, it is sent to this webhook. You can activate this function via the checkbox below.
Refund Updated Webhook URL
As soon as the complaint has been processed, this webhook is also triggered, so that the user is informed in third-party platforms that the complaint has been completed. You can activate this function via the checkbox below.
Save settings
Here you can save the settings for the service webhooks.
