Further frequently asked questions
Can I combine the complaint filter with other filters?
Yes, the complaint filter can be combined with all other export filters. You can filter by lead status, lead type, period and complaint status at the same time. All filters are applied together (AND logic).
What happens if I select “All leads”?
If “All leads” is selected, no complaint filter is applied. The export then contains leads both with and without a complaint, according to your other filter settings.
Are partially processed complaints taken into account?
Yes, the filter checks whether a complaint exists for the lead, regardless of the complaint's processing status. A lead counts as “with complaint” as soon as a refund entry exists.
Can I export only leads without a complaint to analyse quality?
That is exactly what this function is for. Select “Only leads without complaint” to export only leads that have not been complained about. This is particularly useful for quality analyses and performance evaluations.
Where do I find the exported CSV download?
After starting the export, you will receive a notification as soon as the export is complete. The file is downloaded automatically, or you can find it in your browser's download area. Very large exports may take a few minutes to process.
