Under Lead types -> Basic settings, the “Multi-selling” and “Marketplace listing” features can be activated.
As soon as a lead is approved and has not been sold in full, it automatically appears in the marketplace until the maximum number of sales is reached.
Multisale Amount
Leads in the marketplace can be booked manually by users as long as they are available.
The platform displays these leads as long as there is still open sales capacity (e.g. 1 of 3 possible sales).
Marketplace display delay
A time delay can be defined in the marketplace settings.
This ensures that new leads do not appear in the marketplace immediately after approval, but only after 2–3 hours, for example.
If the value is set to “0”, leads are visible immediately.
Marketplace display maximum lead age (days)
You can define how long a lead should be visible in the marketplace (e.g. a maximum of 30 days).
Once this period has expired, the lead is removed automatically – it can then no longer be sold.
