Setting up the Enpal.pro integration
The Enpal.pro integration allows you to receive leads automatically via a webhook. Leads for photovoltaics (PV households), heat pumps and commercial are imported automatically and assigned to the correct lead type.
Step-by-step guide

Navigate to Integrations in the main navigation

Select Enpal.pro from the list of available integrations

Activate the integration via the toggle

Copy the displayed webhook URL and send it to Enpal.pro

Under Product Type Mapping, map the Enpal.pro product types to your lead types:
- PV households (pv-haushalte) → your photovoltaics lead type
- Heat pump (waermepumpe) → your heat pump lead type
- Commercial (gewerbe) → your commercial lead type

Save the integration
Automatic field mapping
The following fields are mapped automatically:
- Full name → First name, last name
- Phone number → Phone
- Email → Email
- Street + house number → Street no.
- Postcode → Postcode
- City → City
Further frequently asked questions
What happens if a lead already exists?
Leads are checked for duplicates based on the Enpal.pro globale_id. Leads that have already been imported are skipped automatically to avoid duplicates.
Can I regenerate the webhook token?
Yes. Click Regenerate token in the integration settings. Please note that you must then send the new webhook URL to Enpal.pro, as the old URL will no longer work.
Which product types are supported?
The integration supports three product types from Enpal.pro:
- pv-haushalte – Photovoltaics for private households
- waermepumpe – Heat pump installations
- gewerbe – Commercial photovoltaic systems
How can I map additional fields?
In the Custom Field Mapping area, you can map further Enpal.pro fields (e.g. roof shape, house type, installation period) to your own lead fields. Click Add Field Mapping, select the Enpal.pro field and the corresponding target field.
